Rate Cards Versions Processing to BTE

BTE to Bullhorn ATS Integration

Rate Card Versions now always flow to BTE as expected, regardless of how many versions exist. Previously, any new Rate Card Versions over 20 were not flowing over to BTE properly, leading to inaccurate rates.
